Free Support

EasyWorship – With a one-time purchase of the worship software, you receive 90 days of free support, then it switches to $35 per call unless you purchase a subscription package. The subscription package includes unlimited support and software updates.

MediaShout – Free phone support is available during your free trial of the worship software and for 30 days after your purchase. You always get unlimited email and live chat support. The Plus Membership provides unlimited support and bonus resources. Software updates are included at no charge.

ProPresenter – Unlimited email and live chat support for a year after your purchase is included. If your issue isn’t able to be resolved by those means first, then the option to schedule a call is available. Support after a year from your purchase is available through a subscription, which is also required for software updates.

Subscription-Based Support

EasyWorship – The EasyWorship Subscription Version ($15-$30 per month *depending on your congregation size and billed monthly or yearly*) includes the software, phone support, media, and a training session.

MediaShout –  The MediaShout Plus Membership is $17 per month or $149 per year and includes personalized support along with many extras. Plus Members get unlimited phone support with remote desktop control, 1-on-1 training sessions for “how-do-I” questions, new background media packs every month, holiday support, and weekend support.

ProPresenter –  The ProPresenter+ subscription is included for one year and then becomes $159 per year after that. Subscribers get support (email, live chat, and the ability to schedule a call if those don’t resolve the issue) and software updates.

Phone Support

EasyWorship – Ongoing phone support is included with the subscription version of the software. OR, with the one-time purchase, you receive 90 days of phone support. The phone number is available on the website.

MediaShout – Ongoing phone support is included with the Plus Membership subscription. Free introductory phone support is provided for free trial users and for new customers 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30-day support and free trial support phone number is available on the website. You can call at your convenience or schedule a call.

ProPresenter – Ongoing phone support is only provided on a scheduled basis if email and live chat do not resolve the issue. A phone number is NOT available on the website.

Email Support

EasyWorship – You can submit a ticket OR email directly for assistance via email.

MediaShout – You can submit a ticket OR email [email protected] directly for assistance via email.

ProPresenter – You can submit a ticket from the support page.

Live Chat Support

EasyWorship – Live chat support is not offered. But, a “robot” chat responder is available.

MediaShout – Unlimited live chat support is available for all supported versions for any user. Live chat support is available on Sunday mornings during service times for Plus Members.

ProPresenter – Live chat support is available within business hours up until a year of your purchase or if you have the ProPresenter+ subscription.
